For a medium roast made from coffee exclusively from Colombia, try the 100% Colombian roast. It comes in a variety of sizes, both whole bean (12, 36, and 42 ounces) and ground (12 and 36 ounces). A unique Eight O Clock roast that works well for brewing espresso is called Bokar, whose name comes from two famous coffee-growing regions in Colombia, Bogota and Cartagena. The Bokar roast is not sold ground, only whole bean, so you will need a coffee grinder to enjoy this roast. French vanilla, mocha, and hazelnut make up Eight O Clock's line of flavored coffee.
Some of your favorite Eight O Clock roasts may also be available in decaf. Both the 100% Colombian and original roasts are also sold in decaffeinated versions. There is also a 50% decaf roast, which is half decaf coffee and half regular.
